Due to the immediate availability of the services, once purchased, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted, except in cases where the service is not functioning as described or there is an issue with your account that prevents you from using the service.

2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Technical Issues: If the AI tools are not functioning as described or you are unable to access or use the services due to a technical issue on our end, we will review your case and, if deemed necessary, provide a refund.

• Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly or for a service that you did not subscribe to, please contact us immediately for a resolution. In such cases, a refund may be processed after a review of the error.

5. No Returns on Digital Products

As our services are delivered digitally, we do not accept returns on digital products once they have been accessed or used.
